Both
universities (Isabela State University and Leiden University)
are responsible for the management
of the Program.
For
general affairs, long-term strategies and crucial decisions
the Technical Advisory Teams (TAT)
are responsible. The CFEM-TAT is chaired by the Dean of
CFEM, Dr. Edmundo Gumpal, and consists
of the CFEM Research Coordinator, Prof. Oscar Cardenas
and the Chairman of the Graduate Program, Prof.
Marino Romero. In the Netherlands, the Head of
the Asia Program of CML, Dr. Denyse Snelder,
chairs the CML-TAT.
In
addition to these formal structures, CVPED has an Advisory
Committee of regional scope, which primary function is to
ensure local support and feedback. The ISU President, Dr.
